POINT 35 MICROSTRUCTURES COMPLETE BOARD RE-STRUCTURING

The industry’s leading supplier of memsstar MEMS wafer processing equipment, and refurbished semiconductor wafer processing equipment has completed a re-structuring of it’s board after many months of search and selection for non-executive Directors.

Peter Connock joins as Non Executive Chairman and brings to the board many years of experience in executive management with industry leaders and institutions. Peter is the founder of Draak Strategic Marketing based in the Netherlands, and has 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials, SEMI and other industry bodies.

Fred Hallsworth has joined as Observer to the Board, and as coordinator for investor activities.
